Tank Repairs

Our facility and onsite service staff have the latest technology in extrusion welding and chemical fusing for damaged plastic tanks. In some instances where repairs are not cost-effective, replacement tanks can be ordered from our large selection or a custom fabricated tank can also be produced.

Playgrounds

The same technology in tank repair can be utilized in repairing plastic playground equipment. We stock a variety of coloured materials and can weld repair most damaged equipment. Our decorative-silicone casting techniques allow us to replicate a variety of artistic and decorative plastic components in both transparent and solid colours in different harnesses.

Process Equipment

Small and large mechanical components can be machined to meet or exceed the original specifications. Our 4-axis CNC Machining Centers and CNC Turning Centers provide cost-effective alternatives that can even exceed OEM specifications.

Windscreens and Windows

We can form replacement windows or covers with our large 60" x 108" forming oven.
